Vernie's Hamburger House in Hays gets the highest marks for Covid precautions during our trip across Kansas. There were shields at the cashiers stations, sanitation stations, the condiments had been removed from the tables with individual packs available & tables were separted.

This 110 year old postcard showed Vinewood Park, which was north of the Shawnee Lake Dam in Topeka. It combined amusement rides, recreation and a dance hall which continued to be used long after the rides were moved away.
