@anubha1812 @AUThackeray आपके द्वारा अभी तक भी सुप्रीम कोर्ट में केस फ़ाइल नहीं हुआ है। पिछले 2-3 दिनों से बस आज-कल किए जा रहे हैं। टेलीग्राम पर ग्रुुप बना के 80000₹ इकट्ठा भी कर लिया गया,कल रात में भी बोला गया था कि आज सुबह तक केस फ़ाइल हो जाएगा,पता नहीं कब होगा।

The petition is for each and every student across the country, being forced to appear for an examination in an absolutely bizarre judgement of the situation by UGC and non flexibility when it comes to human safety

We believe that academic excellence can’t be judged by 1 examination and for academic excellence, we must calculate the aggregate marks of the past semesters. Beyond which, if students still feel the need to appear for an examination, they voluntarily may do so post covid.

Today Yuva Sena has filed a writ petition in the Supreme Court with a humble prayer to save lives of lakhs of students, teachers, non teaching staff and their families by asking the UGC to not be stubborn about enforcing examinations when India has crossed the 10 lakh cases mark
