Before the chief minister preaches about the BMC’s fixed deposits that we created for key projects in Mumbai, he must speak about the loot in the Ram Temple by the trust his party appointed. Answer that first and then pretend to care about financial management. I also challenge him to show us one city in India, that was bjp governed and that actually progressed. Almost all cities governed by bjp in the past decade have collapsed financially and infrastructure wise because of bjp’s inability to govern. It is the fixed deposits that we built over the past 2 decades, that enables us to make the Coastal Road (south bound), Goregaon- Mulund Link Road and Sewage Treatment Plants without standing with a begging bowl in front of the bjp’s union government that chokes all states of funds through GST. We made Gandhi Market, Hind Mata and Milan Subway water logging free in 2 years. Your government hasn’t even bothered to finish pre monsoon tree trimming and nullah cleaning this year. We had initiated the desalination project in 2021/22. Had your government not stalled it for 4 years, Mumbai wouldn’t have faced water cuts.

The “resignation” of two trustees in the Ram Temple of Ayodhya has been “accepted” apparently due to accusations of the fraud in the donations and funds, as per the news. But what about the fact that they were appointed by the BJP’s Union government? What about the theft from the temple? What about the audacity and crime of looting the temple on which the BJP’s entire 2 decade campaign was based? We need a free and fair probe that is either Supreme Court monitored or under an ex supreme court judge. The BJP cannot play with the sentiments of Hindus! #AyodhyaRamJanmaBhoomi

'मिसिंग लिंक'चे उद्घाटन १ मे २०२६ रोजी करण्यात आले. सर्व “इन्फ्रा वॉचर्स” आणि भाजप म्हणजे विकास ह्या भंपक गोष्टीवर विश्वास ठेवणाऱ्यांसाठी एक वास्तव... ह्या प्रकल्पाची किंमत हजारो कोटी रुपयांनी वाढवण्यात आली. हा पैसा गेला कुठे? पैसा जनतेचा... काँट्रॅक्टर्सची मजा आणि त्रास जनतेलाच! आता उद्घाटन आणि सर्व तपासण्या झाल्यानंतर अवघ्या दोन महिन्यांतच येथे दरड कोसळली आहे आणि इतरही गंभीर समस्या समोर आल्या आहेत. की मग सेफ्टी चेक शिवाय उद्घाटन केले होते? मागच्या आठवड्यात इथे खड्डे पडल्याची बातमी देखील आली होती. जून महिन्यातच पुण्याला जाऊन परत येताना ह्या मार्गाचा वापर करताना माझ्या लक्षात आले आणि मी ते सार्वजनिकरित्याही मांडले होते, ह्या रस्त्याचा ५० फूटापर्यंतही एक सरळ आणि सपाट भाग नाही. संपूर्ण रस्ता उंच-सखल असून त्यावरून प्रवास करताना जणू काही बोटीत बसून लाटांवरून प्रवास करत असल्याचा अनुभव येतो. भ्रष्टाचार हेच भाजप आणि मिंधे सरकारचे पहिले नाव आहे, मग तो रस्त्यांमधला असो किंवा मंदिरातला.

Drama is never ending with the bjp. Instead of doing this drama with a whole host of officials and photographers, the Mayor should be focussed on running the city. Let’s hope she doesn’t call these people Bangladeshi and doesn’t see a conspiracy in Mumbaikars out of work or a stroll on a rainy day

Truly disgraceful that the BJP’s Mumbai unit president- Satam, can joke and laugh about the 2 deaths of Mumbaikars in the first rains in Mumbai on the steps of the Vidhan Bhavan. He was laughing about Mumbaikars discussing the death of a child in a tree fall incident, followed by a death of another person falling into the manhole… his weird sense of humour caught by the news channels. Any responsible party would immediately sack such a shameless man who can crack such cruel jokes on his own Party’s failure to run the city well. Mumbai will remember, won’t forgive the bjp for making a joke out of its terrible governance at large!

Today while speaking on the Women Farmer Empowerment Bill, I made a special mention of Bharat Ratna Late Shri. MS Swaminathan ji, who had first tabled such a Bill way back in 2011, in the Rajya Sabha. While this Bill, passed today, is certainly a step ahead, I urged the agriculture minister to establish centres across every Taluka that would ensure that the women farmers get their due rights, and also are provided support in terms of women’s health (maternity benefits, sanitary pads, vitamin deficiency prevention etc) and that the children have adequate day care support. These centres can be named after the legendary Bharat Ratna MS Swaminathan for his contribution to agriculture and women farmers.

In the past 24 hours, the number of trees that have fallen across Mumbai only proves what we have been saying: Pre Monsoon Work didn’t happen in Mumbai. The BJP’s mayor for Mumbai has been more focussed on Bangladesh and the work of the Home Ministry, rather than her own duty towards Mumbaikars. LoP @KishoriPednekar ji has been visiting places of concern, be it the uncleaned nullahs, the incomplete road works and more. But the ruling parties have been focussed on their favourite contractors. What a shame that the highest tax paying city in India has to face such an incapable administration that doesn’t know how to govern. Show me 1 city in the past 12 years that is run by the bjp- having the Union and State Governments support it, that has done well. All cities it has touch, have collapsed into chaos and corruption

From Metro Slabs crashing to Trees falling on school buses- no citizen is safe anymore. The trees across Mumbai face a similar fate, so do citizens and rampant concrete work (with the road scam of the past 3 years) around its roots have made the trees along the roads dangerous. Praying for the injured school kids.
