We’ve done £5M in sales… but right now we’re stuck.
I always hear people say if you want to get good, you should stay away from Discords and just put the reps in. And I get that I agree to an extent.
But right now, I feel stuck.
We have a genuinely strong product. I know there’s way more potential here. I want to expand the product line, get onto TikTok Shop, and really take this to the next level.
The brand has done £5M in sales, which I know isn’t huge in the grand scheme, but it proves there’s something here.
But the reality is, it’s just me and my girlfriend doing everything.
We’re:
Filming ads
Editing
Uploading
Doing market research
Running the whole backend
Everything.
From Jan 1st to Feb 15th we did £170k profit, and since then… we’ve basically just been breakeven. Around £2k up.
And the truth is we had over a month where we barely did anything which we’re not proud of.
Now it’s catching up with us.
We know what we need to do:
Hire editors
Get UGC creators
Bring in a creative strategist
But I don’t even know where to start.
There’s no structure to my days. No system.
I’m in Miami now trying to actually stay in one place and lock in.
Before this, we were just bouncing country to country, getting bored, not focused.
I don’t think a community is the answer.
But I feel like I’m missing direction.
Our ad structure is messy.
We don’t have clear winning ideas right now.
And I know that’s just down to a lack of output and proper understanding.
The crazy thing is:
We only launched in June.
We had no clue about ads, Meta, or marketing.
We just made fun creatives… and it worked.
Everything else we’ve learned has just been from reading and figuring it out as we go.
I know the issue isn’t the product it’s us.
So genuinely
If you were in my position right now,
what would you focus on next?
Would really appreciate any advice.
Huge thanks to the guys below, honestly, reading your tweets and watching your videos is a big part of why we’re even in this position today.

DAY 18
I received a chargeback on my Shopify store. My store was closed. My order amount was blocked, and I won the chargeback case. I was told the blocked amount would be released after 120 days, with support saying it would be released on March 5, 2026. But the amount still hasn't been credited to my account.

@ChelalaPierre1 trying to manufacture status in four months with a shopify store is just spending money on vibes
English

status messaging is a trap
the losers falling for it are doing nothing but cosplaying as Hermès with a four month old Shopify store.
I lowkey get it
you see Rolex, Ferrari, Hermès and you want that energy.
you want people buying because of what it says about them
not because of what it does for them.
that's a beautiful place to be
But Hermès took a 100 years to get there while
you've been running ads since October.
status ONLY works for products that are visible to other people. a watch, a car, a Birkin bag etc...
something other people can see and immediately categorize you by.
that signal only works because other people RECOGNIZE what it means
that recognition took DECADES of marketing
Marketing from celebrity associations, and cultural positioning
Your incly Shopify theme won't replicate that lol
the mfs thinking a clean logo and a beige color palette gets them there are genuinely hilarious to watch.
the brands printing money in ecom right now are solving problems with emotions behind them.
a product that fixes something embarrassing
or something people desperately want gone from their lives.
that emotion is immediate and it doesn't require anyone to recognize your brand first.
they just need to feel seen by the ad and their credit card is already out.
You're welcome

@fraxiommusic What needs to happen to make the CDs happen? Is there a POD option?—if Printify doesn’t already do CDs with a Shopify integration it’s only a matter of time in 2026 fr

$100k–$300k/month brands are quietly dominating with fear-based ads
not because they’re louder
but because they make people feel something instantly
look at this format
zoomed-in “problem” visual
something slightly disturbing or unexpected
paired with a real human reaction
you don’t scroll past it
you pause
that’s the whole game
top brands don’t guess this
they follow a repeatable structure
1 pattern interrupt (something feels off)
1 clear risk or problem
1 simple visual that makes it real
no heavy editing
no complex scenes
just emotion + clarity
most ads try to look nice
the ones that win make you uncomfortable first
i broke down the exact structure behind these
rt + comment “fear” and i’ll send it

I built an AI system that creates luxury real estate listing videos for $12 of credits (just from a Zillow link).
The average agent pays $200–$800 per property for professional video production. Sell this output to realtors and agents and make $$$.
Here's how it works:
→ Drop listing photos into Calico AI Listing Generator and paste the property URL
→ The AI researches comps, neighborhood, and the most marketable features
→ It writes a voiceover script optimized for your target video length
→ Select an AI voice actor — multiple voices and dialects available
→ Custom background music generated from a single text prompt
→ Every photo transforms into a cinematic 4-second video clip
→ Auto-captioned, combined, and ready to publish. No editing required.
The result: every listing gets a professional video tour, not just the $800K+ properties that justify a videographer.
35% more buyer inquiries on listings using these videos.
Today, the agents using this have an unfair advantage.
Tomorrow, every agent will have it and it'll be table stakes.
These windows of opportunity always only last so long...
Comment "LISTING" and I'll send you a full video tutorial breaking down how to do this and the tools I'm using (must be following so I can DM you).

BREAKING: Claude can now run your ecom TikTok like a $500/hour social media manager.🔥
Imagine this: 550+ cinematic, product-ready videos per day from a single prompt. No waiting on creators. No $500 flops.
Here’s how it works:👇
→ AI builds a realistic UGC persona — face, voice, personality
→ Arcads clones natural voiceovers instantly
→ CapCut auto-edits captions, pacing, hooks — fully ready
→ Phone farm uploads every video to TikTok Shop
→ Cruva Social 1 spots the hooks that are already winning in your niche before you film a thing
The payoff: 500+ videos per month per brand at pennies compared to hiring creators.
Most brands still spend $300–$500 per video. Testing 10 hooks costs $5,000 and takes 3 weeks.
This system tests 100 hooks in the same timeframe and scales the winners automatically.
AI = the new creative director.
TikTok rewards consistency and conversions, not the “best” content.
Static agencies are dead. Creator dependency is a liability.
The future belongs to brands that automate content at scale.
Want the full workflow, every prompt, step-by-step?
