If there was a spaceship leaving this planet to go somewhere else and I was offered a seat on there with my family, I wouldn't hesitate. Everything is shit, death, war, hatred, greed. We failed as a species, the internet accelerated the destruction of everything, pitted everyone against each other, destroyed our agreed truths, it's destroying our societies and our collective mental health. Entertainment is more important than information, nobody cares what's true anymore. Life has to be better than a daily treadmill off anxiety, depression, stress, worry and complete disillusionment with everything thats only partially interrupted with brief moments of pleasure, not happiness. It's no wonder addiction is off the charts, people will take anything just for a temporary respite from this daily hell. The only thing I see is it's about to get worse, much worse.
