@pixi501 @janwriter_ EJK as a proof of what? Na hindi props lang ang baril ng mga pulis? Sa tingin mo ba costume lang yan🤣. Sabi nga sa Suits (TV Show) “Law is a precise endeavor.”

@pixi501 @janwriter_ Are you sure? I watched the confirmation hearing and I genuinely thought “yun na yun from the prosecution team?” I expected so much more from them. And ofc, the defense team clearly lived up to their name

In this video, Naga City Mayor Leni #Robredo is being interviewed about the severe illegal drug problem in her locality. She is expressing deep concern over the situation, specifically pointing out systemic failures and corruption hindering the local fight against drugs. TRANSLATION: "Our drug problem here is severe. Even the City Hall itself, ah, we had an assessment of this, and my feeling really is that we are not doing enough. Uhm, I—I find the city's programs regarding drugs to be very lacking. When it comes to enforcement, that falls under the PNP. But the work of the PNP and the City Hall really needs to be well-synergized. Uhm, I have already passed a lot of information to Colonel Fariñas. In fact, we receive a lot of information where, for example, they complain in the barangay that their biggest problem is actually the police asset [informant]. The police asset, when it comes to drugs, is the biggest problem because he is the biggest drug personality in the barangay. So I have already brought that up to Colonel Fariñas. Then there are also those who seemingly do it openly... uhm, I won't mention which barangay anymore but I have already shared the reports with him, uhm, that it seems like... you know, it seems like they've gotten used to it... the... the high schools, the high school students..." ⚘ For years, the #Kakampink script was simple. Treat #Duterte's war on drugs as pure evil, reduce every anti-drug operation into a human rights slogan, sneer at people who demanded order in their own communities, and pretend that the drug problem was some exaggerated fantasy invented by populists. Then their own sainted figure speaks from inside her own city and describes a nightmare that sounds exactly like the kind of social decay Duterte warned about. This is why ordinary Filipinos got tired of their hypocrisy. They wanted to debate drugs from air-conditioned moral distance while communities had to live with pushers, police assets, barangay-level corruption, and students being exposed to the trade. They turned the issue into a purity test because they never had to carry the fear of a mother whose child walks past a known drug personality every day. #DDS

@KarlSimon15_ @janwriter_ May internet ka nga, panay fake news naman ang nasasagap. Mag-marites ka na lang sa brgy niyo, wala pang kuryenteng maaksaya.😆 Why would I impose a stupid timeline in solving the nation's drug problem? Si Duts lang ang nakaisip ng 3-6 mos timeline. Scammer amputek.👊😆

@pixi501 @janwriter_ I mean if you can conclusively establish Digong’s legal culpability, why are the reinforcements to your arguments limited only to his rhetorics and your camp’s propaganda? No facts and genuine evidence. Pure belief. Pathos and not logos.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ Magkaiba ang belief & propaganda sa facts. And the law is upheld on facts and reason, not based on optics or simply on what feels wrong or right.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ Kian couldn’t be more of a proof that the Duterte admin did not condone abuse of power because it upheld the bare minimum that his death be investigated and his murderers be made accountable through the due process provided by law.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ You can keep bringing up the 6 mos but what matters to the average Filipinos at the end of the day is what was delivered to them, the milestones and progress na yung totoong may significance sa buhay nila

@pixi501 @janwriter_ The small💀count % proves that lethal force was indeed encouraged as a last resort. Not proof of either all the killings are justified or not. Every 💀 is investigated. Whether or not may legal basis ang bawat💀impartial institutions ang madetetermine non, not your belief or mine

@KarlSimon15_ @janwriter_ Kung maliit lang ang death count percentage-wise, ang tanong pa rin ay were all those killings lawful, necessary and properly investigated? Rule of law isn’t measured by body count ratio alone kundi by due process and whether lethal force was truly a last resort.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ Since you claimed na lethal force ang first priority instead of it being a last resort. how do you even prove that when the official 💀count take up a small percentage to the total number of arrests and surrenders

@KarlSimon15_ @janwriter_ Rule of law? Lol. Kaya pala paulit-ulit ang rhetoric encouraging violent crackdowns at may reward system pa for killings. He created an environment where lethal force was normalized instead of prioritizing due process at accountability. Ginawang template yung style niya sa Davao.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ Ang tanong, may official bang policy that can prove that shoot-to-kill order, which means killing that can’t be justified as provided in the law? I prefer you stick to “verifiable facts” than propaganda

@pixi501 @janwriter_ it’s also noteworthy a presidential candidate doesn’t have access to classified info and comprehensive resources at their disposal compared to what a sitting president has. ano bang sinabi ni Digong after 6 mos? “gobyerno ko mismo ang kalaban ko”❗️

@KarlSimon15_ @janwriter_ Duterte took it seriously? It's pure bravado, so don't tell me na seryoso siya.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ And consistently, Duterte asked the police to operate under the rule of law. This was thoroughly discussed by his defense team with his official written orders and speeches. EJK? They are casualties justified by the law for self-defense, not including isolated cases of abuse.

@pixi501 @janwriter_ Your camp loves to talk about the problem in its romanticized and sanitized version but the Duterte admin outright described in its full complexity and severity as a deeply rooted national crisis. Hindi relevant yung 6 mos. actually bcoz what counts is the actual progress (2)

Footage from my interview with Xinhua News Agency last night, May 7, for their upcoming documentary on the South China Sea dispute. What was supposed to be a formal interview turned into an almost two-hour, mind-provoking, and genuinely engaging conversation—the kind that keeps the brain awake, the arguments sharp, and the coffee fully justified. I enjoyed it immensely. And yes, I suspect my blunt, straightforward personality fully emerged. Still diplomatic, I guess, but no sugarcoating, no walking on eggshells, just direct, no bullshits answers, straight to the point, and perhaps a little too much honesty for a quiet evening… oh well, what can we do… that’s pretty much me in a candid way… And I think I like myself that way hehehe…😎😅😎

@gohangoku40 @jesusfalcis Now if public official ka, pwede mong gamitin ang established loopholes such as not taking ownership of assets on paper or withdrawing your assets before filing. SALN is neither a good start or end. At the end of the day, it will be just a supporting doc once u have genuine case

Chiz Escudero declares a networth of ₱18 Million in his latest SALN. So how can he afford to give Heart Evangelista a $1 Million or ₱50 Million+ paraiba tourmaline ring? The math is not mathing. It’s either he’s a liar or he is… 🤫 I smell rotten cheese. 🧀
