Moin Herr @_FriedrichMerz , wir haben rund 400 Mitarbeiter . Diesen eine Prämie von 1000,€ zu zahlen , wären also 400.000,- €. Diese sind dann für den AG steuer- und sozialversicherungsfrei. Ferner kann es dieses als Betriebsausgabe geltend machen 1/x

@AliCologne Der ungarische Ministerpräsident wird vom ungarischen Parlament gewählt, die EU-Kommissionspräsidentin vom EU-Parlament. Es gibt da keinen Unterschied! Außer man hat keine Ahnung, dann erfindet man einen.

Well, it might have been arguable off and on in the last 75 years that the Zionists have been trying to get rid of the Palestinians. But the real death toll in Israel as of July 2025, BASED ON ISRAEL'S own statements...was at least 700000 deaths. They were very clear that there were 2.3 million in Gaza in October of 2023. In July 2025, they referenced the surviving population at 1.6 million..And that doesn't consider that approximately 20 months of births at 5000 per month which would mean an additional 100,000 and many many more have died since July 2025. So, it is no longer semantics. It is intention and success at carrying out that intention. Zionists are terrorists.

@EdwardMcGrath01 @SachaRoytman The reason a war started is obviously essential, if you claim to understand the intent for subsequent actions. If someone murders and kidnap your civilians, while indiscriminately shooting rockets at your cities, you might eg. see military actions as defensive...

@KarlstromDan @SachaRoytman How a war started or how it could end doesn’t determine whether actions within it meet the legal definition of genocide. Those are separate questions. And what I personally would do is irrelevant, I'm a nobody.

@KarlstromDan @SachaRoytman It doesn't seem appropriate to run a quiz on what I would or wouldn’t do in response to the killing of innocents. That’s not what this discussion is about. The question here is about legal definitions and whether criteria are met, not personal hypotheticals.

It was started by Hamas&could have been ended at any point,by giving back the hostages and ceasing rocketfiring at Israel. How would you have responded to oct. 7th?

@KarlstromDan @SachaRoytman I’m not making up a definition, I’m using the established one in international law. And I’m not deciding intent either, I’ve said that clearly. My only point is that population numbers aren’t part of that definition.
