Violence is something that can occur on and off the field during sports. Violence has always been a part of sports and I truly think it shapes some sports especially Hockey, rugby and football. @KIN110UofR

@Reuters This Lebron James article is a good example of how violence can play a major rules with sports. They interviewed someone on the laker’s about it and all he said was we needed that spark. @KIN110UofR

Politics in sports is something that can’t be separated. Whether is is moving across border to play or playing in a facility that the government has built, there is simply just no way around it. The government does a lot more for sports then people give credit to. @KIN110UofR

@KIN110UofR During sports coaches, and parents can become very harsh and competitive and sometimes yelling at the kids is what happens. If you were to see some random guy come yell at group of kids who were playing road hockey it would be seen is something bad.

@KIN110UofR @WelterBryce I think that fighting in hockey should stay that is one of the things that has shaped hockey since way back. Taking fighting out of hockey would take away a lot of excitement and entertainment people and fans get from watching it.

@KIN110UofR Some deviant behaviours that happen in sports could be things like cheating in sports, and drug taking to improve performance. An example of someone cheating in football could be having deflated balls so they can handle it better.

@KIN110UofR Although it is very uncommon to see violence in women’s sports it can happen and it has happened. Violence tends to happen more in men’s sports and fans and people enjoy watching it whereas ladies having violence is something fans don’t enjoy. One example of BLV could be kneeing.

@KIN110UofR I think that sports that are making more income for playing need to have high ticket rates. There is a huge difference in pay between the CFL and the NHL ticket rate and that is simply because CFL players do not make as much is an NHL player. #costtospectate

An example of #racelogic could be hockey because many people see it is a white people’s sports. I know that the up-coming Olympics is coming up quick and you can already see that people are throwing China out of the hockey talk. #Kin110

@KIN110UofR please retweet this. Since we discussed spectator violence in class today. That topic reminded me of the warriors part owner that pushed Kyle Lowry during the NBA Finals. So what kind of spectator behavior should a owner have when attending these big games?

@KIN110UofR, please retweet. If there were no violent plays in hockey, football or other sports, do you think the games would be as attended? Or if there were no alcohol allowed at games, would the games be as attended?
