Also, when Padme tells Anakin that she's pregnant she says that the Queen of Naboo probably won't let her continue serving as a Senator because they obviously live in a moral society that either recognizes the value of mothers staying home with their children or that doesn't reward people for running around shacking up with random women and getting them pregnant out of wedlock like Cassian Andor.
Andor was a show made by someone who hates Star Wars for people who hate Star Wars and has no place in the Saga.

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Andor's grim portrayal of homicidal rebels was dumb. Screw Luthen, Saw Gerrera, and Andor himself. Star Wars is a fairy tale. The good guys are good. Han in ANH and Lando in ESB is as gray as they get (which is to say, not very.) To say that the ends justify the means misses the entire point of Anakin's fall.

The Chud the Builder case is going to be interesting
Both parties who think it’s a slam dunk on either side of the spectrum are wrong
On the one hand he does have freedom of speech & a word isn’t legal basis for an assault
On the other there’s a massive case for him instigating conflict with the intent to cause physical harm
This is going to come down to who he gets as a judge

A prosecutor doesn't have to convince a jury that Chud shooting that man wasn't justified. He doesn't need to convince them beyond a reasonable doubt that he's guilty of attempted murder. The prosecutor just has to make the jury dislike Chud. He needs to properly articulate that he's a real jerk and bad for society.
Chud made this job very easy. His only hope is a favorable jury, and I don't believe he's going to get one. It only takes one juror, but in deliberation, being the odd man out takes fortitude.
They're going to show the jury that Chud was out for blood and wanted this outcome and the actual case will no longer matter. He won't be tried for the shooting, he'll be tried on everything leading up to yesterday and convicted for the shooting.
