@cwodtke So glad you said this. As a product person I feel compelled to push for "product-led" but I'm not actually sure what that means or that it's the best approach. Not sure how productive the alternatives are - I think I prefer customer-centric, mission-driven, or "just" strategic

A great product roadmap is like a charcuterie board—even if you love salami (building new features), it'll be better if you add some fruit (iterating on existing features) and cheese (investing in technical debt).
