A Brief Note On✍🏻 Teamtech Framework Solutions SME IPO The Company manufactures Modular T-formwork and customised formwork. Systems which are useful in Construction Industry These systems work as a temporary mould that Support and Shape Concrete until it takes the required structural form Business is Good, They Serve Big Customers like L&T, Tata Projects etc The Company will use IPO Proceeds for: 1) CapEX which will take their capacity to 3x, estimated to get Operational from Q3 FY27 2) For Debt Repayment which will significantly deleverage their Balance Sheet 3) For WC requirements Revenue and Bottom-line has been growing well. Trade Receivables have Spiked Significantly with Streched Work Capital Cycle This Company is pretty much comparable with Msafe Equipments which is into height safety equipment and they have carried out the expansion into Aluminium Framework Teamtech is coming ~16x FY26 PE and Msafe trades near 15x FY26 PE. FY27E PE of both the companies are in the range of 10-12x They could have left some more scope on the table for investors, I don't see any major upside in immediate term but some re rating can happen once new capacities go live Risks include Raw Materials price volatility, Competition from unorganised sector and entry of new players like Msafe in the business One can Apply in this IPO for Holding Purposes, Listing Gains are subject to market conditions.
