I've recompiled my big correlations-list using the team data for the entire 2023 season. This tells you what stats are useful measurements and predictors of offensive production (wOBA, OPS) and which are not (strikeout percentage, contact percentage).

@KasperStats Remax Field (Former home of the AAA Trappers, now Round Rock Express) in Edmonton is like this. A friend of mines dad covered the team for 30 years and said he only ever saw Cuddyer go yard over top of it. 420ft to dead centre and its 34ft high. Wikipedia says it happened 3 times

I hear that to simulate playing basketball, they built a life-size basketball court and have their players rehearse sitations such as passing, shooting, and playing defense on it.

High Point University in NC, which beat Wisconsin in basketball today, conducts campus tours on golf carts, offers wealthy students private housing for $40,000 per year and built an "airplane-cabin interior" so that students could rehearse sitting next to an executive on a plane.

@EggTargaryan I mean, I definitely agree -- salvation is between a person and God -- but the condition God has laid forth for salvation is to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. I would like to see everyone believe in Him, but at the same time I recognize that not everybody *has*.
