@LibertyCappy Wait staff have this backwards . I don’t owe you a tip . you work for a tip, then if you deserve it, you get one . you don’t deserve a tip just because you stood there . most of the time they have a terrible attitude and do a shitty job. then they want 30% nope.

RN 34yrs… my husband and I lost our jobs refusing vac… I chose to walk away from a career I once loved because I’ve lost respect for the medical community. This is so outrageous!!! No WAY I’d ever participate in such a thing. Medical community has lost all credibility. I feel blindsided 😭
