Whoa. WHOA! I don’t care if Texas Tech takes a foreign tour to Mexico…find a way to do it for the extra practice every summer.
Or ya know ncaa just let teams actually practice in summer without all the travel pls.

Per the NCAA release today, men's and women's basketball teams are now allowed to take a summer foreign tour every year. Before, it was only allowed once every four years. It is effective immediately.
