So I've been on my Vitamin D supplement now for almost 3 weeks... and I cant believe it but I am slowly starting to feel like a normal person again lmao.
Literally my head is starting to feel clearer, my anxiety has been better, Im having more energy... I just started my Iron Supplements this week so hoping that helps with the headaches, brain fog, and fatigue Ive also been dealing with for awhile but I can say Im definitely starting to notice a difference in how Im feeling.
If anybody has been dealing with anxiety and depression for a long time and just feeling run down and not yourself. I definitely recommend to get your Vitamin D levels checked! It can very well change your life!

A little health update on how I’ve been doing. So most people know by now I’ve been away from streaming for the last year bc I’ve been dealing with health problems and anxiety issues. Well this year I was finally able to get health insurance and get a full blood panel done on me to figure out if anything else was going on… and I found out this week it was indeed more than just anxiety! I am severely low in vitamin D and low in Iron and also having a bit of hormonal imbalances. Getting put on some prescription strength supplements this week so I’m so hoping I will start to improve soon. I have felt so miserable for the last year so to finally have some answers is such a relief! I have been already trying to ease myself back into streaming but my hope once I get my vitamin levels and stuff back up I will feel so much better that maybe we can get back into full time content creation again! Keep your fingers crossed for your girl! ❤️

@KatLink whats the reason to replay it? I dont get it. I finished it on casual in 9 hours and I have absolutely no intention of replaying it. this game is all about atmosphere and not knowing whats around the next corner. if you completed it once its not gonna be the same again after.
