Dreamy day of teaching PE. Pre form time hockey training with 40 students. Amazing rugby lessons in the sun with y7&8 and a top after school fixture of 11-a-side hockey 🏑 where my Y10’s won and kept out FOUR short corners!! 😊😊 #burnt though

Most powerful exp at school - a life story share with around 400 from the school community and Arek Hersch - Auschwitz survivor. He, alongside his wife spoke with such emotion, strength and reflection. They were filled with light after an experience so dark #LightTheDarkness

My heart melts that my big lad asked to go to work with his dad today. He is growing up fast and learning all about work. Making coffee, sweeping up and watching how it all works, it's all valuable.
