As the person responsible for leading digital transformation in NSW - this morning I launched the #NSW Digital Design System. The DDS is a living repository that houses a digital design standard, reusable components, and guidance on best practice for delivering digital services.

Key takeaway from dinner with Estonian CIO Sim Sikkut: inspired by what a country can achieve when citizens trust their government, and that a cultural thing. Culture is about people. So digital transformation cannot be led by tech.
