@JoniSweet I’m pleased to say that having worked in the media before moving to PR I have never done that!

Honestly one of my least favorite things about letting a PR person know when I've covered their client is the 50% chance that they'll immediately ask me if I have plans to cover the other clients they pitched. I get the hustle, but just take the win for now.

@Katbooth1 I'm not sure sure if they have a PDR but try the White Swan at Kettleshulme. Also the Ram's Head at Disley is a huge pub so may have a suitable space. Or as a fallback maybe a hotel? The Ensana in Buxton itself, or Shrigley Hall maybe? You've picked some pretty tough criteria!

Does anyone know of a restaurant with a PDR between Hazel Grove and Buxton? I’ve been let down last minute and need to find somewhere for a group of 20!
