Happy Father’s Day to my dad, who has always supported me and helped me become the person I am today. Thank you for everything you do. ❤️ And Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandfathers, and father figures celebrating today!

My parents, cousins, and I completed the Bolton Landing Triathlon on Saturday! This was my first-ever triathlon, and it definitely won’t be my last. After a ½-mile swim, 12.6-mile bike ride, and 3-mile run, I’m proud to say I finished 1st in my age group (15–19)!
