I absolutely despair @RoyalMail You have just collected a returns parcel from my porch and sent me an email advising me you couldn’t collect it as no one was in….and I am STILL WAITING for a refund of a lost parcel I’ve provided all the proof for, value and postage….NOT GOOD 😡
