Follow-up on #fiberphotometry data analysis. For my preprint (biorxiv.org/content/10.110…), I’ve created a python package that allows to combine recordings with behaviour events, and process them from raw data to final plots and stats (github.com/katemartian/LH…)

Excited to share my latest findings! I found that single neurons in the mouse brain encoded the price of cryptocurrencies 🪙 Here is a neuron from the visual cortex which shows a highly significant correlation with the Bitcoin price at the time it was recorded.
