Lymphedema risk with hand injections/surgery is a common q I'm asked about. Our retrospective study shows that this has little risk of lymphedema onset/ exacerbation.

#TechniqueTipTuesday Restore length & translation in DRfx/osteotomy Put 1 shaft screw in center of oblong hole (red dot) and fix distally. Then loosen the shaft screw, pull traction +/- ulnar translation, and tighten back down "Everyone deserves a chance at ulnar neg variance"
