I’m 37 & many of my friends with EDs on Insta are too over 30-some met from IP but many friendships forged 15 plus years ago via older forms of blogging etc for EDs before Insta-we do still exist so would be great to be included.

However, I completely that there are a large portion of women over the age of 30..
