Judge Xinis earlier made sure to tell that witness, Mr Cantu with ICE/ERO “No shade” and said he had been very candid. But was frustrated that basic questions about government position weren’t answered.

Citing past witnesses from the government who couldn’t shed light on Abrego Garcia immigration process, Judge Xinis said today’s was “the worst, This witness didn’t know the meaning of the words in his own affadavit—-that’s extremely troubling.”

The black bear that wandered into a Prince Georges County backyard has been sedated safely and will be taken to a new home in Western Maryland. DNR officials are tagging him, and putting a tracking collar on him to learn more about the stat’s black bears.
