@Nigella_Lawson These were a standard rainy day activity with my 3 boys when they were little. So much easier to give them bowls of icing and sprinkles to decorate rather than getting paints out! And they could eat the results.

On return from persistent knee injury over last year, I’ve managed to get back to 28 mins for a 5k in training, I’m happy with that and hopefully will translate to #parkrun at Easter #loveparkrun #running
