This little boy is now 6 and has just had his season ticket banned because as his mum i log in to his account. I can't even tell him because it will break his heart! If they checked my insta all season they would see he rarely missed a game! @TelegraphDucker @AndyMitten @ManUtd

Catch the touts, don’t alienate the innocents. Manchester United are a great club but they can go about handling sensitive situations naively and, in this case, aggressively. On the way to a works do but needed to address this issue. Work with fans, not seemingly against them.

Man United has restricted the season-ticket account of a 6 y/o. Part of its anti-touting crackdown. Mum said she helps relatives and friends manage their ticket accounts (he can't, he's 6). There's worry United are using AI rather than a human to make decisions. Link🔽

There are many levels to this nonsense but one bit I keep coming back to is, how, HOW, does a football club think they have the right to know which electronic devices you own, and what locations you've used them in over the past 3 months? The level of intrusion is mindboggling.

You’ve got the best two youth teams in England meeting in the FA Youth Cup final. The idea that it’s played in a 6,000 capacity stadium at MCFC is such a shame. 60,000 would watch this game if it was done right.
