But still AI will lack the efficiency towards handling large complex and unorganised data

The statement, AI will replace many jobs is not accurate, It already is replacing 1000s of jobs 😣 Dropbox yesterday laid off 500 people, Stating the biggest reason for layoff is AI. IBM recently shared that they won’t be hiring for 7800 roles, Since AI can do the jobs better. Here is the thing, It started with jobs that could be automated, Right now it’s moving towards non-customer-facing jobs, It will not be far when it comes to almost every role. Nobody is immune to this and nobody can stop this. So, what does the future look like? Here are my 3 predictions about AI and jobs : 1. Less people would be needed to do the same job. Eg something that was taking 10 people to deliver, can soon be delivered by 2 It’s going to be survival of the fittest. People will be replaced by people who know how to use AI. So upskill fast !! 2. Rise of generalists A good generalist/ T Shaped person will be able to do jobs of multiple roles leveraging AI efficiently. 3. Power shift Less people will become more wealthy and this will truly depend on who adopts ai first. While I want to be wrong, The world is heading in that direction. The only way around surviving this is by staying ahead of the curve. Thoughts ?

@VaibhavSisinty See AI will never replace anyone's job. Yes, it might reduce the hiring rate. But then there are also limitations of AI too!🤖 Moreover the tech industry is evolving everyday and coming up with so many new technologies that the AI can't even get hold of it.
