@PubMEG I’ve found I can only focus on one non-work thing a time. Some weeks that’s finishing a paper, some weeks it’s getting caught up on studying, some weeks it’s just reconnecting with the family.

Navigating the transition from research schedule to clinical duties, trying to be an excellent resident who is prepared for cases and studying year round, while continuing research and manuscripts is taking more adjustment than I thought. Any tips? How do you get it all done?
