@barclaysuk I continue to be astonished at how hard it is for a small business to bank with you. After 2 weeks trying to set up open banking. Multiple phone calls, I have had all cards suspended, my app deleted at ALL banks. I have no access to any money, business or personal.

@BarclaysUKHelp I do not understand how you think small businesses have the time to either wait on hold in your call centre queues or sit in your branche/ just to do the simplest of tasks

High street banks are stifling productivity in this country. @HSBC_UK been in branch for 60mins and you are unable to add a signatory @BarclaysUK took 9 months to provide an additional debt card a member of my team. Small businesses need better more efficient banking

@BarclaysUKHelp It took 9 months and even then you sent out the debit card for the wrong account. I have now spent 38 mins in one of your branches trying to add my business accounts on to the app on my new phone. No one available and have been told I could book an appointment on 24th Oct!!!!!

@AdmiralUK hi there - you have hung up on me twice now on the phone. I want to cancel my multi car policy as you are suggesting that the premium increases by £1300 this year despite no incidents/accidents. Please tell me how I can best cancel when you won’t answer the phone?
