Please guys I noticed my chest hasn’t been growing any bigger, I saw some changes but all of a sudden I am stocked at frame 2 for a long time now. I bench press although my current PR at bench press is 90kg and I also do chest flys any recommendations on what to actually do to see massive growth? Although I am not really a heavy weight person @TheHN1C 1. 2.

@phemmyteah147 This is the gym i attend 🥺 never met you before 😬 wow… btw, i use 15kg for lateral raises, 10reps 3sets with 💯 proper form. I also do dropsets with 12.5kg,10kg and 5kg, 10reps each of 3sets.. my shoulders and delts burn like shyte afterwards 😂

Training there parts 1x a week all split up in 5-6 days is no different than condescending the days. Nobody HAS to do chest day on Monday and leg day on friday

@carnivore_eric That doesn't matter. You can probably get away with 2 days, maybe even one. Just depends on volume vs frequency. More volume equals less frequent workouts. Less volume just means you have to show up more.
