I’ve taken pretty much a year out of Eurovision (probably 2), not been since 2019 when I left. Who knows. Maybe Sofia is time to at least make an appearance.

I have thoughts about the televote which I don’t really want to get into in the heat of the moment. But in essence, 25% of the vote is pretty much sorted before any songs are sung now. Which is an issue.

So…did the changes work? A clear jury + televote winner, surely driven by the younger jury members. A dominant televote victory, one of the biggest margins in a long time. But *clearly* countries were doing something dodgy with juries. And that’s a forever problem. #eurovision

I’m not gonna lie but given the production quality, I would not be shocked if they accidentally just revealed the results in order. Well, Belgium probably ruins that, but… #eurovision
