@retroslop same headcanon. Cuz red overvalued their status even in life or death situations. They overworry and put their self worth in their job. Mira was the only constant in their life (after reactor fail) Mira lifted them up and promoted them, making them feel needed. All Red wants is -

Interest bit of Noelle dialogue, she says “when dess left” instead of ‘when dess disappeared’ or ‘when dess went missing’. The word “left” almost makes it sound like it was intentional. Or at least, that Noelle thinks dess left intentionally. Interesting bit of foreshadowing imo
