not sure why this still hasn’t clicked yet, but brands and companies send these things out as promotion. not gifts. not mementos to the most deserving. promotion. ad space. they’re expecting an ROI.
therefore they send them to influencers. people who will post about it to an audience, which will yield an ROI.
it’s about business. pick up your phone camera and start posting videos and your chances will greatly increase, otherwise you’re just complaining that a store will pay for a billboard in time square instead of a poster in your bedroom.
