@sarahbillionsss I get that, but even w/ our different sizes i feel 600 is inflated for u. Google says someone your same size would burn 100-300. If u want an accurate reading of how many cals u burn during a workout, a Polar watch with a hr monitor is pretty accurate & not too expensive.

20 minutes… 600calories burned all because of how fast the muscles are contracting and relaxing. What’s exciting is how flexible I feel when I get off thanks to the lymphatic draining that happens aswell ! I’m in love with this vibration plate fr
