@McDonaldsUK hi- I’ve just had an appalling experience and would like to complain and get a refund for food I did not receive - I’ve tried to complain through the app but it doesn’t seem to understand my problem.

I am stunned @bt_uk - and engineer has visited today and made changes to parents broadband and now they have no landline with NO CHECKS OR DISCUSSION with them at all. Silly me thinking I could speak to someone on their behalf- only to go on a loop in this ridiculous system.

Officers in England are going into peoples homes to make sure they have licenses to watch TV Man in England has just been notified an officer is coming to his home to do a check “Why are you being visited? To ensure you have a f*cking TV licence and this includes Amazon. You need a f*cking license to watch TV. — You can't even watch Netflix on your laptop without needing a license” (United Kingdom: You need a TV Licence (£169.50/year) to watch or record live TV on any channel (BBC, ITV, etc.) or use BBC iPlayer for anything, live or on-demand — fines up to £1,000 if caught)

My car has been cleaned today PROPERLY. like all those nooks and crannies, like vacuumed to the BONE. it hasn’t looked like this on the inside for YEARS. it’s beautiful. Not ont eh outside yet, but the nice people at the car wash will do that in the morning.
