Public can complain on Delhi Police Covid-19 helpline # 23469900 about malpractices such as overcharging by ambulances; fake Covid-19 medicines; black marketing/hoarding of medicines, oxygen cylinders/concentrators or other medical equipment; harassment at cremation ground etc.

I'm tired of this daily struggle to refill oxygen cylinder. Already taken help of so many. This is not a tweet for help. Don't tag workers who are stretched thin. My mother's condition remains critical and I haven't slept in 24 hours, on the brink of collapse.
