The life of a nursery head... This week I have been mostly racing little wooden bikes that are too small for me down a slope, picking up play dough that's been trodden on and coloured in a Mickey mouse picture all the wrong colours (directed by a child obvs!) #earlyyearsleader

Anon post: New headteacher, three weeks in... I'm a jumble of emotions. Inadequacy, excitement, overwhelm... it's exhilarating and terrifying all at once. Anyone else felt this way? Is this the 'new headteacher normal'?

We pay more per hour for our dogs to be looked after than we do for our children to be cared for, nurtured and educated. Hourly rate below Dog walker/carer £15 per hour Nursery Professional 8.50-11.80 per hour Parents should be outraged, we all should be outraged at this.
