@BethG17x It will settle with time, I have short bowel syndrome and my is overactive. I take codeine and Imodium to slow the output. Try and eat jelly babies or marshmallows that may help a bit. Just give it time as early days and will take awhile to adjust

At last, some good news. My suspected retained stone passed of its own accord (just as it did 2 weeks ago before first MRCP), meaning ERCP retrieval is not needed. Consultant not worried about bloods, she says they're headed in the right direction. Being discharged today. 😊

Back in hospital via A&E. 😩 Telltale dark urine and severe back pain indicates possible retained stone after recent gallbladder removal, something the surgeon did warn was a possibility. MRCP scan in morning, followed by ERCP if needed. At least I'm on a quiet 2-bed bay.

Sorry to say I'm back in hospital - third time in a month. Yet more gallbladder problems. Now I've got pancreatitis, the result of yet another gallstone lodged in my bile duct Suffice it to say I will be having my gallbladder removed sooner rather than later. My #IBD is fine.

@bottomlineibd I was diagnosed with Paroxdical psoriasis back in September 2021 after a skin biopsy. The Gastro team said mine was secondary to Humira, so unfortunately this was stopped. On various creams and ointments

#IBD patients - have you ever suffered from any skin conditions related to your Crohn's or ulcerative colitis? If so, did you seek or get given medical advice on any topical lotions or potions that might help? Or have you discovered any natural products that help? Thanks. 🥂

Sorry to say I didn't leave hospital yesterday after all. Had another horrendously painful episode. Codeine and a small shot of morphine got me through the night. Temperature back to normal and I'm feeling ok, but nauseated. Looking forward to a cup of tea!
