It was a journey, but just 4 weeks after I left 0357, the store is at #57 in ops from #149. Thanks to Carla Brown's leadership and support in her TOM role, I was able to turn that ship around. Now at 375 we are #123 and will be moving on up! #developexecutelead @carlabrownTHD
