Exactly new yorkers understand the tradition but a parade of this magnitude should’ve been longer like the thanksgiving parade it was literally the first one ever they expected madness and still didnt effectively plan for it

NYC parade route is 1 mile. Compare that to other cities? Philly: 4.5 miles Lakers: 2 miles Chicago: 7 miles Miami: 2 miles Seattle: 2 miles Kansas City: 2 miles Tampa Bay: 3 miles Boston: 2 miles NYC needs to have a much longer parade route for the safety of everyone.

Just saw a video of a student trying to get to school for a test & he was arrested smh, it was a lot of that going on today , they told people bring their badges if they work in the area & people were still getting turned away. I hope professors & management are lenient.
