Going back to dance after years of hiatus is the most humbling experience ever. The thing is though, going back to a passion after a long time with a different mindset is an absolute joy. I love being a student again.

@shea_priv There really is! And it's great! It's also a reminder that you can't really judge how popular an artist is based on your own personal knowledge. The editor of one of the magazines I write for said he even gets introduced to new artists with such a big following all the time!

I work in music. My job is to know about what music is around. At least once a week, I get a press release from an agency about an artist with a big following I've never heard of! It's great! It goes to show that it's almost impossible to be across anything even in your fav genre
