Things that have helped me on my weight loss journey 1.) 8-10k Steps is key 2.) Meat & Vegetables are the main course (cut bread/pasta) 3.) Push/Pull/Legs rotation with 2 core exercises each day 4.) Only Sugar from fruits 5.) Consistency is Key, Stay disciplined
