There’s someone who lied on their CV at work. 💀 and this is how i caught them. In every profession we have processes as well as jargon used for those processes. The first red flag was when they called XAMPP a database. Second red flag was when they asked me how to change the use of PostgreSQL to XAMPP. Third one was when I explained why I didn’t use XAMPP and that it’s not a database. My issue now is how do I approach? Any backend dev should be able to understand the difference between XAMPP and PostgresSQL. Yoh tech community what must I do? I have to work with them for the next 6 months on this project. I can’t work alone and I can’t work with someone who is incompetent? 😭 NGENZENI nkosyam?
