The team have been enjoying delicious and simple homemade food while on site the past few days, with a classic dish being plantain with peas, spinach and mixed vegetables. Delicious!

And they're off! Our team from @WilkinsonEyre and @COWI_UK have officially left to begin their #KazabeBridge adventure! Watch this space over the next two weeks for more photos and updates from the project.

The team on site in Rwanda have been doing a brilliant job. There is now a temporary crossing constructed across the river to enable the team continuous access while they build the #KazabeBridge. It's now just 3 days until both @WilkinsonEyre and @COWI_UK start their B2P project!

.@WilkinsonEyre's Rich has done an amazing job at fundraising by completing the infamously lively Marathon de Beaujolais! While raising money for @B2P to Prosperity, Rich ran through the vineyards of Beaujolais sampling the finest cheese, wine and saucisson at every kilometre!

Earlier this afternoon, Engineer Clotilde Robin from @COWI_UK presented the upcoming #KazabeBridge project to her daughters' year 5 class at Belleville Primary School; spreading the @B2P message far and wide. Great job, Clotilde!

Yesterday morning was #bakesalemonday at the @WilkinsonEyre office. From cakes to scones to pumpkin swirl cheesecake, our brilliant bakers raised a grand total of £210.18 towards the #KazabeBridge project! Follow the #linkinbio if you would also like to donate to the project!

On Friday evening, the @WilkinsonEyre team held an internal presentation to staff at their #London office to give them an insight into the upcoming #KazabeBridge @B2P project in Rwanda. It's now just under 5 days until they leave the UK!

(2/2) The current crossing is used primarily by students to get to school and is impassable for roughly 45 days out of the year due to flooding. The 43-meter #Kazabe Suspension Bridge will provide safe, year-round access for members of the community! @B2P @WilkinsonEyre @COWI_UK

(1/2) The Kazabe Footbridge, when complete will serve the communities of Kigarama-Musabike. With a population of 1,200 the residents farm tea, beans and maize and sell their goods at the market to provide for their families.
