All started with identifying need for change. The drive to make an inclusive workplace by supporting international recruits and student have the sense of belonging in our therapy team led to me setting up first therapy-led SDMC to support this.

As a patient treated with #CFT I can honestly say this approach saved me. I will always be grateful to @PeteOSullivanPT and @ChrisNewtonPT for giving me my life back when I thought I had no-where left to turn. The more people aware and trained - the better!!!
