All this discourse around the fisherman logo has me thinking: If the Isles were in a better place franchise-wise at the time, would it have been much better received? Do you hate it because it represents a dark period in our team history? Or do you just not think it looks good?

@datadomNY It’s tough when he takes a bad penalty in the third of every game. This year was better but last year was clock work bad penalty with under ten minutes left in the third of a close game all the time.

I think the decline of Pulock, and having D partners that don't make sense are the reason Mayfield gets so much hate. For $3.5M he's basically doing what he was paid to do. - Play 3rd pair & 2nd PK - Provide solid defense - Clear the crease - Protect teammates #Isles

Funny to see other fanbases laughing as if every game wasn’t insanely close and significantly better hockey than almost every other series. I would love, LOVE, to see any Eastern team defeat Carolina this season.

@EverydaySens I’m an isles fan losing to the canes in the playoffs has become an every other year occurrence it feels like. Crazy that they can look so good in one or two series’s but never make it to the finals
