On Monday the TL was saying EFF is done after that march of Ngizwe in ECape. Today the TL is having a meltdown and chest pains cos the EFF just showed us that they remain the most strategic party that shall remain part of our political lives for years to come.

If there is something you need to respond to in defence of the EFF, write your own tweet and don’t comment on anti-EFF tweets or quote retweet such. A Fighter must not help detractors and “I am an EFF member but. . .” accounts fundraise in the name of the EFF.
Anti-Capitalist🇵🇸🇮🇷🇻🇳🇨🇺🇿🇦@Shelomohkeita

Fighters, the task is simple. We must starve all the blue tick accounts that speak negatively about the EFF, even if it is an account that claims to be EFF or we know it as such. We only comment and share positive stuff. They know we defend our organisation.

Dear #EFF members & leaders I am tempted to agree with those who say we need to ignore these people who always attack the #EFF. It seems us responding to their tweets gives them relevance and a wider audience. Let them talk to themselves. Let's promote our party. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Pain also landed nicely on that one who negotiated in bad faith on behalf of EFF after 2024 elections.

@MmusiMaimane parliamentary politics are dishonourable. In @ParliamentofRSA, he supports a fiscal framework anchored, among other things, on a clearly stated increase in the fuel levy to the tune of R100 billion. Much of what happened last year with the budget crisis can be attributed to a poor understanding of the money Bills process, which I maintain was the case with @Action4SA and, to some degree, @BuildOneSA. But this is extremely dishonourable and dubious, to say the least.

‼️NO TO FUEL LEVY INCREASES South Africans are paying some of the highest fuel taxes in the region, and the impact is widespread. Higher tuel costs are driving up: - Transportation fares - Increasing the price of food - Putting pressure on households already dealing with rising electricity and living costs. This leaves people with less disposable income, while also slowing economic relief by limiting interest rate cuts and keeping debt repayments high. #BuildOneSA #SlashTheFuelLevy #NoToFuelLevyIncrease

‼️MUST READ🔥🔥🔥‼️ Here is Commissar @DungaLeko’s budget speech when he was the MMC for Finance in @City_Ekurhuleni in 2023. This will give you a sense of why Premier @Lesufi, albeit with all political considerations, will have some reasonable confidence in the deployment of the new MEC for Finance in Gauteng. The EFF’s Statement on Submissions Received From Farmers Affected by Foot and Mouth Disease The most devastating case received thus far is that of a farmer whose entire operation was brought to its knees after losing 221 cows, 8 bulls, and 190 weaners. Weaners are young cattle that have recently been separated from their mothers and are typically raised either for sale or breeding, making them a critical component of a farmer’s income cycle. Within a matter of weeks, the outbreak wiped out the bulk of his livestock, including weaners valued at approximately R1.9 million, bulls valued at R200,000, and cows valued at over R4.1 million.

Unfortunately some of our EFF leaders are always caught in the ANC trap of March to March against foreigners. You will never see or hear any ANC leader giving any statement during the attacks on foreigners. They just go in hiding and laugh at the EFF leaders jumping up and downs.

@JacintaNgobese The EFF doesn’t sit around plotting petty attacks on individuals. It’s a protest movement. It responds where there’s political contradiction, and sometimes that response is uncomfortable. That’s not avoidance, that’s politics. You’re also trying to reduce a whole organisation to mob behaviour simply because people push back collectively. That’s how movements work people speak, people respond, and yes, sometimes it’s loud. That doesn’t make it meaningless, it just means it’s not controlled to suit you. But here’s the real issue, your whole narrative keeps circling back to foreigners and chaotic incidents. That’s where your voice is the loudest. So when people challenge you, it’s not random attacks, it’s because your content leans heavily into that space. Without that angle, there’s barely anything political you’re actually putting forward. And the vigilante tone? That’s dangerous. You can’t build a platform on that and then act shocked when people question you or push back hard. Also, no one is judging you for running when there were gunshots, anyone would especially a slay queen like yourself with no political background. But you can’t demand understanding for yourself and then speak about others in a way that strips them of that same humanity. That’s the contradiction people are calling out. So no, this isn’t the EFF deflecting. This is you being challenged, and instead of engaging the substance, you’re making it about being targeted. That’s not accountability that’s dodging it.
Jacinta Ngobese🇿🇦@JacintaNgobese

One thing I’ve noticed about the EFF is that to avoid accountability or even addressing the real issues that people challenge them about they start focusing on small meaningless attacks on individuals and then they all start repeating the same thing, giving it more attention than the actual issue! They have used this strategy for years then come and want to look like saviours of black ppl‼️‼️‼️ Mina you can attack me all day everyday for going to the car when Somalians started shooting, I’d do it again because we all ran away, not this rubbish story you created that I ran and left the people but ofcos you wouldn’t know this because you are never actually there with the people that you claim to be saviours of…!!! Inkinga yenu nagcina this mob behaviour inenza nisatshwe! Oh well nosabisa abanisabayo

Here is a special backstage moment with the entire team going through our finale at least an hour before our scheduled time for ‘line-check’… and just to be clear, non of us was ‘late’ as I have read in some of the comments here on social media. I come here to express our shared appreciation for everyone that attended An Ongoing Rehearsal, everyone that understood the potency of the vision, and everyone that showed us love and respect. Of course, we had prepared a lot more for you, but as it was announced “ALL KIPPIES’ PERFORMANCES ARE RUNNING LATE” — unfortunately for us this resulted to our set being cut midway. As one friend commented: “the set sounded like a beautiful story that was unfolding but then interrupted and deprived an end.” This is not far from the truth, I had worked on this piece as a ‘suite’ which meant that to understand the intended message, this had to be experienced in its totality. Months of work went behind this presentation and its design, and for that I would like to appreciate every member of Ake(s)tra, that was on stage and the ones you never got to see: Guest Artist: @aya_ntanzi , @thando_zide , @benjaminjephta , @zoemodiga , @ndabo , @muneyi_ and @lindasikhakhane_ . Band: @robinfassie_ , @jpsax13 , @sokuyeka , @zibumac , @dalisu_ndlazi , @sphelelomazibuko and @sikhakhane.thabo Surprise Guests: maestro @herbietsoaeli , @omagugumakhathini and @paras_sibalukhulu_dlamini Animation: @crozier.sean We are indeed “Rehearsing Future Sounds” — “Not Yet Uhuru”
