@JHBWater @esterhu1 @Lesufi @DadaMorero we will be heading into day 3 without water in Randpark Ridge. Is this the life thatst people of Joburg have to get used to due to lack of maintenance or incompetence, corruption, etc. Our basic rights violated on a daily basis due to bad service delivery.

Please take note that the possibility of inclement weather conditions could affect our response time to outages. As a result, repairs and restorations may be delayed.
Dunkeld & Hyde Park:
The team is on site and presently assessing the damage of a flashed termination. This outage is affecting power supply to customers in parts of Dunkeld, Hyde Park and possible surrounding areas.
The team is still conducting further investigations and will commence with repairs thereafter.
We will continue to keep affected customers updated on further developments and regret the inconvenience caused.

Randburg, Beyers, and Windsor Substations tripped on Eskom’s side affecting customers in Robindale, Kelland, Darrenwood, Linden, Windsor, Randpark Ridge, Boskruin, and surrounding areas.
Eskom operators are still investigating the cause of the outage.
