In 22-23, we invested 65% of our profits into subsidised services to YP awaiting EHCPs. The EHCP system is under immense pressure-rising demand, school funding gaps, & families struggling to navigate the process. At Keane Futures, we prioritise young people above profits.

We maintain a strong collaborative relationship with the schools we work alongside in Trafford, Manchester, and Cheshire. By working together in the best interests of each young person and involving them in the process, we create an environment that fosters growth and success.

But the government needs to take further steps to address the attendance crisis by - 📋Urgently rolling out attendance mentors nationwide. 👪Implementing a national parental participation strategy for schools and parents to collaborate effectively and boost attendance rates.

🚨Record levels of severe school absence: Nearly 158,000 children were severely absent in summer 2023— up 162% from pre-pandemic levels.
