They did it! High school flag football did come to NC—just in time for this senior who started playing in the boys’ league when she was 5. Today she made @gowhirlies’ first-ever interception!

@bedevilledcat I was able to see him play! A 4-0 victory by @DavidsonCollege’s club soccer team over UNC-Charlotte. It was a special treat to shuttle back & forth between seeing you and former teammates at the football stadium and watching Zack on the soccer field, with wins in both!

I just want to say that I got a hug from Marcus Allen today. And Gross and Winborne and Carney and... Tony! Didn't get a hug from Tony. My day was incomplete. Maybe next home game. @KearnsDavis, hope you were able to see your son play soccer.
